Energy Audit Exercise

Instructions: Reflect on how you're allocating your energy across different areas of your life. Rate each area from 1 to 10, considering your current investment of energy and your satisfaction level.

  1. Work/Career:

    • Rate your energy investment in your work or career.

    • Rate your satisfaction with this investment.

    • Identify any specific aspects of your work that drain your energy.

  2. Relationships:

    • Rate your energy investment in relationships (family, friends, romantic partners, colleagues).

    • Rate your satisfaction with the balance of energy you invest in relationships.

  3. Hobbies/Personal Development:

    • Rate your energy investment in hobbies and personal growth.

    • Rate your satisfaction with the time and energy you allocate to these activities.

  4. Health and Well-being:

    • Rate your energy investment in activities promoting your health and well-being.

    • Rate your satisfaction with your current approach to health and well-being.

  5. Other Areas (Optional):

    • Identify any other significant areas where you invest energy.

    • Rate your satisfaction with the balance of energy you allocate to these areas.

Reflection Questions:

After completing the ratings for each area, take a moment to reflect on your responses.

  • Are there any patterns or trends you notice in terms of where you invest your energy and your level of satisfaction?
