After our intake session, I’ll provide you with a detailed summary. This includes key takeaways, the priorities we’ll focus on, how long we’ll work together, and all the logistical details like where we’ll meet. Everything will be clear and documented, so we both know exactly what to expect.

Start the Journey
Once you're comfortable and confident that we’re aligned, we’ll set a date for our first session. From there, we’ll dive into your coaching journey and start working towards the changes and fulfillment you’re seeking.

  • Coaching is a conversational support technique that guides you to see your blockers and your beauty. It can help with spiritual awakening, building self-love, feeling confident, getting that next promotion and anything in between!

  • Coaching can support you in discovering your beliefs, values, thoughts and behaviours that support and hinder you. It will uncover your unique strengths thus enabling you to make shifts in thoughts (perspective) or actions (behaviours) for personal and professional growth.

  • You can expect a comfortable space to have a guided conversation. At the start of the session, we will agree on a topic and goal that is helpful for you at that moment. We will then explore through a series of questions and reflections. Finally, you can expect to leave with actionable steps to keep you moving forward.

  • A 60-minute online session is 110 euros.

    I believe that coaching should be an accessible support. Therefore I offer 5 hours of pro-bono coaching per month. I welcome your email to inquire about this.

  • In the first in-take session, we will explore from a wider gaze. Whilst usually, a session will have one focus point and goal, the first session will include an exploration of your overarching wants, needs, expectations, goals, and general health.

  • If we feel like a coaching relationship will benefit you, I will send you a personalised coaching offer for your review and agreement. This will contain any agreements we have made and has the function of making things crystal clear between us, as well as keeping us accountable for your growth.
