I would like to feel more fulfilled
You’re Not Alone.
You’re not alone in your desire for a more fulfilling life. Research shows that 65 percent of people feel disconnected from their work and are actively seeking greater meaning and purpose in their careers (Source: Gallup). Additionally, 72 percent of employees worldwide report that feeling a sense of purpose is a key driver of their overall job satisfaction (Source: PwC).
Add to that, Individuals who dislike their jobs tend to have high levels of daily stress and worry. In contrast, when employees find their work and work relationships meaningful, employment is associated with high levels of daily enjoyment and low levels of all negative daily emotions. Gallup, State of the Global Workplace: 2024 Report.
These numbers highlight something crucial: you're not isolated in these feelings. Many people are looking to align their daily tasks with their values and passions, but are finding it difficult to achieve. But it doesn’t have to stay this way for you.
