You want to perform better, think more clearly, and feel more creative. If you’re looking for more connection — to yourself and the people around you.

If you want to enjoy your work and your life more, find possibilities you hadn’t seen before, and make decisions and outcomes that feel like yours.

No crisis required. Just curiosity.

Every week, a small group of professionals — 6 to 10 people — meet online to do something most of us never make time for: ourselves

You leave with something you didn’t have before. A new way to see a situation. A thought that shifts something. The feeling — maybe unexpected — that you’re a little braver than you were an hour ago.

A live conversation, built around one idea, applied to your real life.

01
Stop thinking you’re the problem.
Every person in the room is a different data point. Their patterns, their breakthroughs, their questions — all of it expands what’s possible for you.
03
It’s a lower-stakes first step.
Not ready for one-on-one work? The group is a real, rigorous place to start.
02
Learn faster.
Being exposed to new tools and ideas in a guided way means you can trust the information — and relax into applying the benefits to your life
04
Build something with people.
The group becomes its own thing — a rare kind of community where honesty is normal and no one’s performing.

Each person has their own story. Their own particular way of seeing the world, moving through it, making sense of it. The experiences we carry, the beliefs we’ve built, the version of ourselves we’ve learned to present to the world — all of it shapes how we move through life.

We each get to choose how we show up. What we back ourselves on. Who we decide to become.  But most of us never get the space to figure out what that actually looks like for us. And we lose sight of what is important to us. We feel stuck, overlooked, unsure of what we want — or how to go after it.

Coaching is all about rebalancing, finding your way with confidence and building your life intentionally, with more joy lightness and fulfillment.

“Jen is a compassionate, informed, and generous coach, who takes the time to work through issues (which often aren’t even realised until the session itself) with care and wise consideration.”

“I originally approached Jen for some career-focussed coaching, we had an initial discussion and then Jen set out a programme to work through my goals. I am thoroughly enjoying our sessions together and have made leaps in progress since starting the program.”

“I started my coaching with Jen lacking some career direction, and some confidence and motivation, but after six sessions all those things are in a much better place. Jen’s encouragement, patience and focused questioning, have given me the space to reflect on what I want to work towards, and helped me develop the tools to build my confidence self-sufficiently”

“Jen is a very kind, comforting and understanding woman. From the very first time we talked to each other, I felt at ease, she helped me to define my goals and taught me not be too harsh on myself. If you're looking for someone with whom you will feel comfortable to share your struggles, your dreams and your thoughts and to put things in perspective, she is the right one.”
